WHAT IS BLUE LIGHT ?

Blue light is a colour in the "visible light. spectrum" that can be seen by the human eye. Light is made up of electromagnetic particles that travel in waves. These waves emit energy, and range in length and strength. The shorter the wavelength; the higher the energy.

Study after study after study has shown that light given off by electronics affects our sleep health. The consensus is that the blue lightthat LED screens give off can slow or halt the production of melatonin, the hormone that signals our brain that it's time for bed.




How to protect your eyes from Bluelight .

If you are using your smartphone at night . You can use the brightness protection mode or blue light filter ( according to your mobile manufacturer software ) or you can get Bluelight filter apps from playstore if the feature is not built in your phone. Even apple also has included the bluelight filter mode in iOS 





If you are using pc what should you do !

You can use third party apps like f.lux which is free of cost . If you are window 10 user no need to download third party apps this feature is included in it by Microsoft .
